Sales Policies and Seller Code of Conduct
All sellers must comply with the following policies when listing products on BizVibe. If you violate these policies by posting prohibited content, BizVibe will suspend your account.

Seller Code of Conduct

This policy requires sellers to act fairly and honestly to ensure a secure buying and selling experience. All sellers must adhere to these principles:

  • Always provide accurate information to BizVibe and our buyers

  • Act fairly and do not abuse BizVibe’s features or services

  • Do not attempt to damage or abuse other sellers, their listings, or ratings

  • Do not attempt to influence buyer ratings, feedback, or reviews

  • Do not send unsolicited or inappropriate communications

  • Contact buyers only via Buyer-Seller Messaging Service

  • Do not circumvent BizVibe’s sales process

  • Do not operate multiple seller accounts without a legitimate business need

  • Do not engage in conduct that violates price-fixing laws

BizVibe may take action against your account for violating this Code or any other BizVibe policy, including removing listings, suspending/forfeiting payments, or revoking selling privileges. Further details are provided below.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate information to BizVibe and buyers, updating it when changes occur. Examples include:

  • Using a business name that accurately identifies your business

  • Listing products in the correct category

  • Maintaining precise shipping settings and inventory data reflecting your operations (e.g., shipping locations/service options)

Fair Acting

You must act fairly and legally without abusing BizVibe services. Prohibited behaviors include:

  • Providing misleading/inappropriate information (e.g., creating duplicate detail pages or offensive product images)

  • Manipulating sales rank (e.g., accepting fake orders, self-paid orders, off-Amazon refunds/discounts) or claiming rank-related information in titles/descriptions

  • Raising product prices after order confirmation

  • Artificially inflating web traffic (e.g., using bots or paid clicks)

  • Inflating search rank by manipulating keywords or incentivizing buyer search behavior

  • Damaging other sellers, their listings, or ratings

  • Allowing others to act on your behalf in violation of BizVibe policies/agreements

Ratings, Feedback, and Reviews

You must not influence or inflate buyer ratings, feedback, or reviews. Neutral feedback requests are permitted, but you cannot:

  • Offer incentives (e.g., coupons, free products) for providing/removing feedback/reviews

  • Demand that buyers leave positive reviews or remove/alter reviews

  • Solicit reviews only from buyers with positive experiences

  • Review your own or competitors’ products

Communications

You must not send unsolicited/inappropriate messages. All buyer communications:

  • Must use Buyer-Seller Messaging Service

  • Must only relate to order fulfillment or customer service

  • Marketing communications are prohibited

Buyer Information

Buyer data (e.g., addresses/phone numbers for order shipping):

  • May only be used to fulfill orders

  • Must be deleted after order processing

  • Must not be used to contact buyers (except via Buyer-Seller Messaging Service)

  • Must not be shared with third parties

Circumventing Sales Process

You must not bypass BizVibe’s sales process or divert buyers to other websites. This includes prohibiting links/messages prompting external transactions.

  • Accounts with poor standing may result in suspension of all selling accounts until restored to good standing.
